Class Policies

 

Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and be sure to pull back and secure long hair.

All participants are required to have a signed waiver before they can be admitted to class.

Children must also have a signed waiver before starting  cooking class.

Parents must accompany their children to the class.

Glorioso’s reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or emergency situations, including severe weather.

You must cancel at least 2 days before the event to receive a refund. After that, reservations are non-refundable. However, you may send someone else to take your place. If we cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will refund you the price of the class or event.

If you cancel less than 2 days in advance, or are a no-show, we cannot refund your registration fee. You may send a substitute if you cannot make a class.

If you are sick, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance.

Please notify us 48 hours in advance if you have any dietary restrictions. If we are not notified ahead of time of any special needs, we may not be able to accommodate them. Exceptions cannot be made the day of the class. We cannot always guarantee that we can accommodate every dietary restriction.

In the event of severe weather, we will attempt to notify participants 4 hours in advance of class cancellation.

Class registration ends 24 hours before the start of class.

Classes are 2 – 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.

You will be actively cooking and preparing food for most of the class.

Students usually are grouped into teams of 4.

Hands-on classes are limited to 32 students.

Seating is guaranteed, but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 15 minutes before the start of class at our host/hostess stand.

Class duration is approximate and may vary by 10-15 minutes. Menu is subject to slight change.

All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.

Pricing is per-person and inclusive of service and exclusive of sales tax.

Menu and wines are subject to slight change.

Register online (gloriosos.com/events) using a credit card or Paypal.

Register by phone (414-291-5887) if you are using a Glorioso’s gift card.

Payment is required at time of registration.

We recommend signing up on our wait list (gloriosos.com/waitlist) if a class is sold out. In the event of a cancellation, those on the wait list will be notified via email and spaces will be filled on a first come basis.
