Covid 19 Safety Policy

The safety of our staff and guests are of the utmost importance to us. The following policies will be in place during COVID-19:

• Masks are now optional for participants. Participants must also be symptom free to attend.

• Guests will visit our hand washing station upon the start of each class.

• Surfaces will be sanitized by our staff prior to your arrival.

Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and be sure to pull back and secure long hair. No sleeveless shirts or tank-tops.

All participants are required to have a signed waiver before they can be admitted to class.

Glorioso’s reserves the right to cancel a class due to emergency situations, including severe weather, force majeure, etc.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must do so at least 48 hours prior to class/ event start time to receive a full refund. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of registration fees.

You may send a substitute if you cannot make a class. Class registrations are not transferrable to other classes or events.

Alterations to recipes in accommodation of dietary restrictions such as food allergies, aversions, etc. must be approved by Appetito management at least 48 hours prior to the start of class. Changes to ingredient list or recipe cannot be made the day of class.

In the event of severe weather, we will attempt to notify participants 4 hours in advance of class cancellation.

Classes are 2 – 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted.

You will be actively cooking and preparing food for most of the class.

Students are commonly grouped into teams of two.

Hands-on classes are limited to 24 students.

Seating is guaranteed, but is first-come, first-served. Check-in starts 15 minutes before the start of class at our host/hostess stand.

Menu is subject to slight change.

All guests planning to consume alcohol must be able to produce valid government-issued identification to prove they are 21 or older.

Pricing is per-person and inclusive of service and exclusive of sales tax and optional gratuity.

Menu and wines are subject to slight change.

Register online (gloriosos.com/events) using a credit card or Paypal.

Register by phone (414-291-5887) if you are using a Glorioso’s gift card.

Payment is required at time of registration.

We recommend signing up on our wait list (gloriosos.com/waitlist) if a class is sold out. In the event of a cancellation, those on the wait list will be notified via email and spaces will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
