(Due to food safety standards, our fresh sausage is not available for delivery. Cooked sausage can be ordered at the deli, or through our catering department.)
Original Mild Sausage
An original family recipe, we include fennel to give it a mild, sweet taste.
Original Hot Sausage
We add a little red pepper to give it a nice spicy kick.
Tuscan Basil Sausage
A mild sausage with aged asiago, fresh basil, and sweet marsala wine.
Italian Bratwurst (April - September)
An Italian twist on a German classic. Great for summer grilling! (contains no fennel)
Cheese and Pepper Sausage
Our original special blend with red and green sweet bell peppers and Auribella cheese.
Chianti Parmesan Sausage (Seasonal - winter)
Our Mild Italian Sausage mixed with Parmesan, Glorioso’s Chianti wine & a hint of cayenne pepper.
Seasoned Chicken Breast
Fresh chicken breast seasoned with your choice of Sicilian, Calabrese, or Tuscan seasonings.
Easter Sausage (Seasonal - Easter)
Our mild sausage blended with aged provolone, fresh orange rind, and sweet marsala wine.
Christmas Sausage (Sesaonal - December)
Our Christmas sausage contains no fillers or preservatives, only high-quality ingredients including: fresh pork, green onions, fresh tomatoes, Auribella cheese, imported spices, and Marsala wine.
