All Things Apples

Enjoy the flavors of fall! Whether you love to go apple picking or get them right from your local farmers market, it’s hard to resist that juicy crunch that comes from biting into an apple. There are endless ways you can enjoy fall’s favorite fruit.

In this hands-on cooking class, your journey of All Things Apples begins with a mulled apple cider to enjoy when you arrive. Chef Michael will guide you through making the classic savory and sweet combination of apples and pork with a cider glazed pork chop. You will then prepare a green apple salad and vinaigrette dressing. Chef will demonstrate the proper way to prepare roasted brussels sprouts. For dessert, a spiced apple crumble from our Glorioso’s bakery will be served.
