The title says it all but still understates the elegance of this rich and creamy delight. With a graham cracker crust and berry coulis sauce that has endless applications, this class is a must-take for anyone who has yet to make cheesecake at home.
In this hands-on baking class Chef Brendan will teach you everything need to know in order to make the perfect cheesecake from scratch along with a fresh berry coulis. Chef will also demonstrate how to make a delicious caramel sauce. You will leave the class with a complete dessert you can enjoy at home. A flight of dessert wine will be served along with a sampling of cheesecake with choice of berry or caramel sauce to enjoy while your cheesecake is baking and cooling.
