In this cooking class, Chef will walk you through how to make the iconic Bahn Mi featuring Chinese Five Spice Chicken Meatballs with gochujang-honey-cider gastrique served on a baguette with fresh jalapeno, cucumber, pickled daikon radish, and carrots.
