Chicken Piccata with Fresh Pasta and Wine Sampling

In this hands-on cooking class, you will create a perfectly dredged Chicken Piccata with a deliciously tangy lemon-butter sauce scattered with capers. You will also make pasta from scratch. For dessert, you will make quick, easy, and delectable flourless chocolate cupcakes.
