$89Tangy, rich, and flavorful! In this hands-on cooking class Chef Brendan will lead you step-by-step in preparing this Italian favorite with a delicious twist. This recipe preparation features chicken, prosciutto and sage, rolled up and cooked in dry white wine and butter sauce that has the perfect balance of buttery richness and acidic brightness. You will also prepare a side salad to enjoy along with your meal. Tiramisu will be served for dessert.
