Date Night – NY Strip Steak, Cheesy Polenta, and Orange Dream Panna Cotta

Instead of making reservations at your usual spot, why not try something new and exciting for your next date night?  In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Patrick will guide you through cooking a New York Strip Steak to perfection along with a Chianti Reduction elevating your steak to high-end steakhouse quality.  To accompany your steak, you will learn to make Cheesy Polenta, and Orange Dream Panna Cotta for dessert.  A side salad will also be served.

Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
