In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Alex will be guiding you through his secrets to making this classic dish to perfection. You will start out by preparing the eggplant coating it and topping it with layers of cheese and sauce. You will also make fresh grilled endive, gorgonzola salad to accompany the dish. Focaccia bread and a small dessert will also be served.
