Empanadas vs. Samosas

Empanadas are one of the most popular dishes in Argentina. Samosas on the other hand, are a popular snack in India and Pakistan. Both are delicious hand-held pastries, however their preparation is quite different. In this hands-on cooking class, you will make empanadas and samosas served with a sampling of Glorioso’s Italian Market chutneys. Chef Michael will share his techniques for making these savory pastries. You will learn how the dough is prepared and the stylish crimping method that will give your empanadas and samosas a professional touch.
