French Onion Soup

Championed for its deliciousness but completely overlooked and underestimated for its nutritional value, French Onion is a legendary soup with character to spare. We suggest using bone broth – and even include a recipe for making your own – to optimize flavor and offer a full profile of amino acids. French bread en haut with broiled gruyere cheese, c’est magnifique! Served with a side salad and small dessert from Glorioso’s Bakery.
