Korean Cuisine: Bibimbap (mixed rice bowl) and Hotteck (dessert pancake)

In this hands-on cooking class Chef Alex will teach you essential Korean cooking techniques as you prepare of one Korean’s most well-known dishes:  Bibimbap.  Bibimbap is a rice bowl filled with vegetables, seasoned beef, and topped with kimchi, gochujang sauce, and a fried egg.  You will also make a sweet Hotteok (Korean pancake) for dessert filled with cinnamon, brown sugar, and honey.

Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
