$89Looking for a way to spice up your culinary creations? Lamb Biryani is an amazing delicious Indian dish that is a celebration of color, flavors, and aroma. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Michael will guide you through marinating lamb in spices and yogurt, perfectly cooking fluffy grains of rice, then combining the saucy tender spiced lamb meat with the fragrant rice in distinct layers. A Mango Lassi (Indian yogurt-based drink) will also be served.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
