Latin American Holiday Traditions – Tamales

You’ll be taken aback by the authenticity of these little gems. From soaking dried corn husks and making fresh masa dough, to hand-rolling and steaming fresh tamales; this class shows you how to make the real deal totally from scratch.
In this hands-on cooking class, you learn the art to making tamales, including filling and steaming your own tamales to enjoy. Chef Michael will also demonstrate how to prepare the sauces and make the masa dough.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
