Latke (Potato Pancakes) with Homemade Applesauce and Sour Cream

Whether it be for Hanukkah or simply for the love of delicious food, you’ve got a great reason to make one of the world’s best comfort foods. We’ll discuss different styles of making these yummy fritters from the fluffy/doughy type to the crispy/crunchy variety. We’ll also make our own applesauce in class and discuss how to make sour cream from scratch. That’s right! It’s a lot easier to make your own sour cream at home than you would think. Join Chef Michael in this holiday feast of fried potatoes and the very best accoutrement.
