Making Legendary Egg Rolls

Chinese restaurants in America serve food that can vary wildly from that which you would find in China. Good thing our very own chef Michael Solovey spent five years in Shanghai studying the techniques used to create amazing Chinese food at home.
In this hands-on cooking classes, we’ll show you the bridge between old-world Chinese cuisine and modern Chinese American fare by making legendary egg rolls. Although traditional egg rolls require deep frying, we’ll also discuss using an air fryer, Dutch oven, or even a large pot as an alternative.
