Making Stromboli

$49Stromboli is a type of baked turnover filled with various Italian cheeses and usually Italian cold cuts or vegetables, served hot. The dough used is either Italian bread dough or pizza dough. In this hands-on cooking class, you learn the secrets to making this Italian-American rolled pizza using pizza dough. First, we’ll start with the basics: we’ll cover making the dough, from scratch. Then we’ll talk about the delicious Glorioso’s sauce options and fresh ingredients, including vibrant produce and delicious fresh cheese. Finally, we’ll bake off your stromboli to enjoy at the end of class.
