National Drink Wine Day: Chicken Piccata with Fresh Pasta

Join us as we learn how to make chicken piccata, a dish that is popular in the southern Italian regions of Campania and Sicily. In this hands-on cooking class, you will create a perfectly dredged Chicken Piccata with a deliciously tangy lemon-butter sauce scattered with capers. You will also make pasta from scratch. For dessert, you will make quick, easy, and delectable flourless chocolate cupcakes. A flight of wine will also be served.
