This is the first ever public event at Glorioso’s Appetito – our new culinary event space.
Join chef and author John Coletta as he guides you through his process of making the perfect risotto.
He will give you tips, insights, and knowledge that you can take home with you. He will also be signing copies of his new book, “Risotto and Beyond: 100 Authentic Italian Rice Recipes for Antipasti, Soups, Salads, Risotti, One-Dish Meals, and Desserts.”
Explore Glorioso’s new culinary classroom, event space, and open kitchen while enjoying this very special demonstration. A selection of paired wine and beer will also be available for purchase.
