This dish is one that will satisfy everyone at the dinner table and will become a recipe you will want to make again and again!
Chef John will teach you how to make fresh pasta with a traditional homemade sauce. Then you will learn to perfect the craft of making flavorful Italian meatballs. You will also make a fresh escarole salad to enjoy with your meal. Fresh bread, a small dessert, and a flight of Italian wines will be served.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
