Sushi 101

Do you love sushi? Have you always wanted to try to make your own at home? Do you sometimes wish that you had more sushi in your life but don’t want to go broke in the process of pursuing your passion? Well, let the good times roll!

Chef Michael has spent quite a bit of time traveling through Japan and he even used to be a sushi chef at famed Chef Roy Yamaguchi’s Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion. It’s time you rolled up your sleeves and got familiar with the process.

In this hands-on cooking class, we will cover some of the most common sushi varieties in class and you’ll have free reign to create your own custom rolled masterpiece.
