Join us as we learn how to make veal piccata, a dish that is popular in the southern Italian regions of Campania and Sicily.
You will create a perfectly dredged Veal Scallopini Piccata with a deliciously tangy lemon-butter sauce scattered with capers. Students will learn the fundamentals to be able to create this perfect bright sauce. Not only that, but you will also be making homemade fresh pasta, delicious flourless cupcakes, and be served a flight of 3 Glorioso’s Family Collection wines. It will be a night you can’t forget!
