Gnocchi with Artichoke Bruschetta Sauce

  • 1 (16 oz.) package DeLallo Potato Gnocchi
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar DeLallo Artichoke Bruchetta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Brunch fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • Freshly grated parmesan cheese

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add Bruschetta and cook until warm, about 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and cook for another 5 minutes.

  3. Add gnocchi to pan and stir to combine. Serve on plates and garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
