Italian Marinara
This sauce is great over any pasta cut you like and the quality ingredients lend that rich Italian flavor that everyone loves.

- 1/4 cup White Onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- fine sea salt. to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Heat oil over medium heat in medium sized sauce pan.
Add onion and saute until translucent. For about 1 minute.
Add minced garlic and gently brown brown for another minute.
Add San Marzano tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Then stir well.
Cover pan and let the sauce simmer for at least 20 minutes, until desired thickness is achieved.
Add basil for garnish and add to any pasta that is already cooked to your desired firmness. Buon Appetito!
