Birria Tacos

Skip the line at the taco truck and learn to make Birria tacos at home! In this class Chef Alex will demonstrate how to prepare juicy, tender beef birria along with tortillas from scratch. You will assemble and pan fry your tacos and make a jicama lime salad.

Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
