Birria Tacos with Elotes

Skip the line at the taco truck and learn to make Birria tacos at home! In this class Chef will demonstrate how to prepare juicy, tender beef birria. Class participates will assemble and pan fry their tacos in birria fat, and make the best Mexican side dish, Elotes (Mexican style street corn). Horchata, a Mexican rice drink will also be served.

Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
