Cheese Making 101

$89The right cheese can elevate a meal from good to great! In this hands-on class, you will learn the basic science behind cheese making. Chef John will go over the basic ingredients and tools needed to be successful. Students will make fresh ricotta and fresh mozzarella from scratch.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
