Chicken Marsala and Fresh Pasta

$89Join us as we make Chicken Marsala, an amazing Italian-American classic! In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn the secrets to making an excellent Marsala that will have everyone talking. Chef will guide you through sautéing thin slices of chicken and making a velvety Marsala based sauce. You will then learn the feel and texture of fresh pasta as you create your own fresh dough from scratch to pair with the sauce.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
