Cinco de Mayo – Steak Enchiladas with Red Mole

Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with this incredibly mouthwatering meal! Chef will teach you the secrets to making a Red Mole sauce that plays a key role in your dish. You’ll also master the art of making make traditional Mexican steak enchiladas, including filling and rolling your own enchiladas to enjoy. Beans, Rice, and a dessert Flan will also be served.
