Travel with Chef to the Coastal region of Italy known for seafood and some of the most wonderful pasta dishes. In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to make Fresh Squid Ink Pasta with Mussels, Clams, and Calamari with White Wine Cream Sauce. The perfect dinner for a special night, and approachable enough that you will want to make it again and again.

Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
