Date Night Cooking Class: Steak Florentine

Glorioso’s Market was founded on Valentine’s Day, 1946. Celebrate our anniversary with us with an elegant, hands-on, multi course Italian meal that we cook together. It’s a wonderful and memorable way to spend date night!
MENU:
• Grilled prosciutto-wrapped asparagus
• Roasted winter vegetable panzanella salad
• Steak Florentine
• Limoncello Sorbet
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
In addition to the delicious dinner, you will receive the following:

Class details:
You will be actively cooking and preparing food for most of the class
Students are usually grouped into teams of 4
Classes are 2 – 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted
Hands-on classes are limited to 24 students
You will be standing and cooking for most of the class
Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and be sure to pull back and secure long hair
You must be 21 or older to attend this class
