Acclaimed author and food journalist Katie Parla takes you on a tour through the vibrant destinations of southern Italy so you can sink your teeth into the secrets of their rustic, romantic dishes. Katie will showcase one of her favorite dishes from her new cookbook “Food of the Italian South.” This is a cooking demonstration as well as a book signing. You’ll hear her story, learn what makes this food unique, and sample some dishes prepared from selected recipes in her new book.
