In this hands-on cooking class, Chef will guide you through pan-searing duck breast to perfection along with a velvety, sweet, and savory red wine sauce that will elevate your duck and take your tastebuds on a trip to a high-end French Bistro. To accompany your duck, Chef will show you how to make haricots verts (French green beans), and roasted potatoes.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
