National Chocolate Day: Braised Chicken Enchiladas with Chocolate Mole

Celebrate National Chocolate Day with this incredibly mouthwatering meal! Chef Amanda will teach you the secrets to making a Chocolate Mole sauce that plays a key role in your dish. You’ll also master the art to making make braised chicken enchiladas, including filling and rolling your own enchiladas to enjoy. Rice, jicama lime salad, and a Mexican Hot Chocolate dessert will also be served.
