National French Fry Day

$49Poutine is Canada’s favorite way to eat French fries! There are three components to poutine and each one needs to be just right to make this the perfect side dish, appetizer, or even main meal! In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn to make beer braised chicken and brown gravy. Chef will demonstrate French fries from scratch. For a Wisconsin twist, we will be using delicious fresh Wisconsin Cheese Curds.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
