National Linguine Day

Join us as we learn one of the most delicious dishes in all of Italy – Linguine with Fresh Mussels. We’ll dive into learning the proper method of this simple, yet elegant dish. We will start this hands-on class cooking class by teaching you how to shop for fresh mussels. You will then learn the feel and texture of fresh pasta as we make our own dough, and then cut our pasta and cook it to perfection. We’ll then combine it with mussels poached in a white wine, fennel, and herbs to impart a delicate and irresistible flavor of the Mediterranean!
