Learn how to make Pho, a popular street food in Vietnam. In this class Chef Alex will share his secrets to making traditional Beef Pho starting with making broth from scratch. You will then learn the proper plating techniques for assembling your own Beef Pho to enjoy. This is a one-of-a-kind cooking experience that’s sure to make your neighbors jealous when you recreate this dish at home.
