National Pork Belly Day

$89In this hands-on cooking class, you will learn how to slow-roast pork belly so it’s crispy on the outside yet juicy and full of intense flavor on the inside. You will then prepare a delicious creamy polenta and mushroom ragout to accompany your meal. A small dessert will be served.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
