National Pretzel Day: Soft Pretzels

With deep German roots throughout our state, Wisconsinites have a natural love for the ultimate comfort food, soft pretzels. In this hands-on class, you will learn the secrets to making traditional Bavarian soft pretzels including how to form the crossed shape and cook to perfection. You will also learn how to combine beer with various cheeses for a smooth, creamy consistency for dipping.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
MENU:
Soft Pretzels with optional toppings: course sea salt, sliced jalapeƱo, grated sharp cheddar, sundried tomatoes, black olives, and more.
Beer Cheese Dip and Mustard Sauce
