In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Michael will demonstrate the techniques to making crispy pork belly and light, pillowy steamed bao buns. You will then hone your knife skills and prepare a sesame-ginger slaw and a quick picked cucumber. Fill your bao bun with pork, fresh vegetables, and a scratch made sriracha aioli and enjoy the most deliciously fresh bao you have ever tasted.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
