In this hands-on cooking class, Chef will demonstrate the techniques to making crispy pork belly and light, pillowy steamed bao buns. You will then prepare a sesame-ginger slaw and a quick pickled cucumber. Fill your bao bun with pork, fresh vegetables, and a scratch made sriracha aioli and enjoy the most deliciously fresh bao you have ever tasted.p>
