Take and Bake Cinnamon Rolls

$89Deliciously decadent cinnamon rolls! Learn the secrets to creating the perfect filled cinnamon rolls with cream cheese/mascarpone frosting.
In this hands-on cooking class Chef Brendan will demonstrate how to form a yeasted dough. Students will then receive pre-risen dough to roll and dress with butter and cinnamon-sugar before cutting into rolls for final proofing. You will also make your own cream cheese/mascarpone frosting.
Take and Bake: You will leave with a tray of 9-12 cinnamon rolls to take and bake at home along with cream cheese/mascarpone frosting.
Students will receive a baked cinnamon roll to sample at the end of class.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
