Veal Piccata with Fresh Pasta

$89Join us as we learn how to make veal piccata, a dish that is popular in the southern Italian regions of Campania and Sicily. In this hands-on cooking class, you will create a perfectly dredged veal piccata with a deliciously tangy lemon-butter sauce scattered with capers. You will also make pasta from scratch.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
