Italian Winter Brunch

Join us for a creative and delicious twist on brunch!
Chef Michael will guide you through making the perfect starter for any occasion – Gorgonzola-stuffed Prosciutto-wrapped Medjool Dates. Then you will create a savory Sausage and Pepper Strata with a Basil Hollandaise. A Pear Bellini made with Glorioso’s Prosecco will also be served.
Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
