ONLINE CLASS – Chicken Meatball Banh Mi

Vietnamese cuisine is known for its fresh and aromatic dishes that are filled with herbs and spices. In this online cooking class, Chef Michael will walk you through how to make the iconic Bahn Mi featuring Chinese Five Spice Chicken Meatballs with gochujang-honey-cider gastrique served on an Italian roll with fresh jalapeno, cucumber, pickled daikon radish, and carrots.

How Online Classes Work

1. Sign up for an interactive online class of your choosing.

2. Once your registration is confirmed by our team of culinary professionals, a Zoom link will be sent to you along with a list of the ingredients and equipment you’ll need to create your own meal. A complete recipe packet will be emailed to you 48 hours prior to your event.

3. On the day of the class, you can either follow along and cook with the Chef or attend class as a lecture. Either way, you get to ask questions via chat and take part in the live experience.
