Special Wine Tasting Event with Hands on Pasta Class, FT. Elisa Musso from Piedmont and Tuscany, Italy

Calling all wine enthusiasts! Join us and our special guest, sommelier Elisa Musso from Italy as we dive into a selection of five specialty wines and make fresh pasta!
Elisa Musso will be at Appetito to share with you her passion for La Spinetta and Contratto wines and tell you personally how great wines are made. While you are enjoying these wines, Chef Harry will teach us the texture and techniques of making fresh pasta later paired with Gloriosos Pasta Sauces.

Class Details:

• You will be actively tasting wine and preparing food for most of the class
• Students are usually grouped into teams of 2
• Classes are 2 – 2.5 hours, unless otherwise noted
• This class is limited to 24 students
• You will be standing and cooking for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable closed-toe shoes and be sure to pull back and secure long hair
• You will enjoy generous tasting portions of every dish
