Valentine’s Dinner #2 – Steakhouse Favorites

Instead of making reservations at your usual spot, why not try something new and exciting to celebrate Valentine’s Day?

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Alex will guide you through cooking a New York Strip Steak to perfection along with a Chianti Reduction elevating your steak to high-end steakhouse quality.  To accompany your steak, you will learn to make Cheesy Polenta, and Orange Dream Panna Cotta for dessert.  A side salad will also be served.

Our classes are organized so you work together in a hands-on, fun and engaging environment with our professional chef instructor.
